Welcome to Mr. G’s Quality Cut Meats. Founded in 1947 by John L. Graves, John Graves Food Service quickly gained the reputation of producing quality meat products in and around the Chillicothe, Missouri area. In 1951, John began fabricating portion controlled steaks and beef patties under the Mr. G’s Quality Meats label.

In 1989, John’s son Dick took over the family business and we have enjoyed tremendous growth both geographically as well as the products that we now may offer our customers.

Today, we offer over 200 beef, pork and veal products to our customers but our goals have not changed. Mr. G’s and our employees are committed to serving the food industry with courteous customer service, timely deliveries and above all else a consistent quality product that you will be proud to serve in your establishment.
