Hunter Graves

Wyatt “Hunter” Graves is the second oldest son of Dick and Tracy Graves.  He is a third generation Graves family member who joined the company in 2008.  Upon joining Graves Menu Maker Foods he spent his first year shadowing each Department to better understand how each piece fits together.  In 2009 he started our first Bid Department and engineered a new way of looking at K-12 Foodservice.  He was able to source competitive K-12 food products and able to increase the proficiency of our Bid Systems.  He is currently a Product Specialist.

Hunter attained his bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Missouri in 2007.  During his tenure at the University of Missouri he was an active member of the Alpha Tau Omega men’s fraternity.  Currently working at Menu Maker he is also attending school to receive his Master’s in Business Administration with an emphasis in Healthcare Management from William Woods University.  In May of 2011 Hunter took a course in Serve Safe and received his certification in June of 2011.

Hunter is also a devoted volunteer in the Mid-Missouri area.  Since November 2010 he has been an active member of the PALS program in Columbia.  PALS is a therapeutic program where volunteers take their pets to hospitals and rehabilitation centers.  They do this with the intent of increasing socialization and activity levels of patients, decreasing the feeling of institutionalization, and to provide emotional support and friendship.  Hunter is also an active member in the “Adopt a Spot” program in Columbia.  “Adopt a Spot” is a program designed for volunteers to care for landscaping city projects in the community by planting and maintaining specific areas.  Hunter adopted a spot in June of 2011.
